What to Expect at the 2026 Birmingham Book Fair

The 2026 Birmingham Book Fair is a free, outdoor celebration of literature, local creators, and community. Join us at 298 West Valley Avenue from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for an unforgettable day packed with entertainment for all ages.

Whether you are looking to discover your next favorite read, enjoy great food, or keep the kids entertained, there is something here for everyone!

Where to Find the 2026 Community Book Fair

The 2026 Community Book Fair in Birmingham will be hosted by Rocky Heights Print and Binding. The Book Fair is on May 2, 2026 from 10:00am through 5:00pm. Check-in tents can be found at each entrance. Rocky Heights is located on Valley Avenue in Homewood between the Homewood Police Department (Homewood Municipal Court) and Herzing University – Birmingham.
